Legend of Dragoon game cheats for Play Station X

In the begining of the game. When u get
to the first hut wait till there done 
talking, then go to the river u cant cross,
then go back to the hut take the ax, then
go north were the hoarse is cut down the 
tree, then go back to the river, then the 
log will come up jump on the logwalk across
then your done...

Buster Sword:

After you kill kongol the first time go 
back to seles and look in the treasure chest
to the right and you will find The Buster 
Sword from ff7

Alot of people use Kongol and Albert at the 
end of the game.......but here is an even 
better team......in stead of Kongol use Rose..
You should use her through out the whole game
 because she is great character to use 
anytime....max out her additions because Demons
Dance (when maxed out) is the best addition in
the game.... along with her weapon dragon 
buster she is the most strongest person in the
game.....even stronger then in dragoon mode!!!
Then use Miranda when you max out her dragoon
level you get White Silver Dragon as an attack
which hits for heavy damage and compleatly heals
your entire party!!! So if you use that team I
guarentee you will win with NO diffaculties!!!!!

Many people suggest using only two characters
(not including Dart) throughout the entire game.
That's not the best idea. What you need to do 
is go through the game using all your characters,
that way one can be easily substituted for 
another. Use a particular few for boss fights 
(I used Kongol and Albert, but I also frequented
Rose), then use the others for regular fights. 
Never run through anything, always walk. This 
may get annoying, but it build exp. really well.
Whenever one of your characters goes up in dragoon
level, change characters. Also, if you find that 
the regular fights are getting too difficult 
(the enemies can't be killed in just 1-3 hits) or
are causing big damage, stay there and get 
attacked until the fights become easier.

I found out that if you use Dart,Rose and Meru 
through the whole game it is a lot eaiser to win 
battles once Meru gets her Dragoon Sprit and 
learns Rainbow Breath.

Don't be wishy washy in this game. Choose 2 
people, and stick with them for the rest of
the game. This way, rather than having all 
of your guys at level 25, have 3 guys that 
are level 40~45. I used Rose and Albert, then
I wanted to use Kongol also. So I tried Albert
and Kongol. They seemed to be quite good. So I
stuck with them a little longer, then they 
became the best. Rose's additions will get so 
hard, that you will barely get one done. 

STICK WITH THREE! (forget shana and lavitz: 
lavitz dies, and shana can't do anything unless
she's in dragoon mode)I found Hashel to be weak,
and same with Meru. Rose is pretty good, but not
as good. 

Sometimes, you should just run around and fight 
some guys. This way, your pals and DART will be 
stronger than they should be. If you work your 
guys correctly, then the final boss (melbu frahma)
should be easy as hell. He could be pathetically 
easy. So easy, you would think it's a waste of 
time.

I found that the divine dragon as one of the
hardest. I kept hitting him, but later on died.
Sometimes, it's best to fight a boss, do your 
best in the process, die (game over), then get
him again. The second time around, it could be
as easy as killing a piece of cake. Although 
you might not know the exact strategy, you know
what to shield with and when to attack him. So 
don't worry if you die the first time you battle
a boss. The second time around can be as easy as
breathing.

HOW TO GET 24000 EXTRA POINTS: 


When you get the flying creature in the ancient
city, go to the lost city where you met Zieg with
Shana and found out rose was the black monster. 
Work your way to the save point (where you met 
that lady ghost that heals you). From there, 
instead of going down the stairs towards where you
met zieg, go left of the save point. go up, and the
area is a great big circle. Go up the big stairs, 
and find a dragoon just like you. After you beat 
the first one, go to the next part of the circle
into another screen. There is another dragoon. Fight
them. 

Same style, there are one lost dragoon in each 
part/screen of the circle. Find them, defeat all of 
them, and get an extra 24000 ex points. this will 
really boost you up. even if you're at a high level,
it's worth it. Trust me. 

The four dragoons have these powers: wind (like 
albert), earth (like kongol), thunder (like haschel),
and ice (like meru). It's good to have a party member
of the opposite and same powers. They're all very 
tough, so watch it. 

The one with the earth power, though, is nothing you 
should worry about. just give him albert's wind 
cutter (not wing blaster; forgot the name; the one 
where it comes up from the ground makes a wind orb 
and then it kinda explodes...) anyway. Give him a 
couple of those, and you're done with him. 

Good luck, cause the rest are really quite tough.

Dragoon Stone Locations: 

Dart: 
You start with his stone at the beginning of
the game but you cannot use it until you 
defeat Kongol at the Battle of Hoax.

Lavitz/Albert 
To get the Lavitz Dragoon stone, you have to 
defeat the Green Tusked Dragon and the man who
turns into the Jade Dragoon. Albert will then
inherit the Lavitz Dragoon stone at the end of
the Disc 1.

Shana/Miranda 
You will get Shana's Dragoon stone after getting
to the temple and defeating the Bandit. Then 
answer the questions that the ghost asks you. 
Miranda will inherit Shana's Dragoon stone on 
the Disc 3.

Rose 
After defeating Kongol at the Battle of Hoax you
will get Rose with her Dragoon stone.

Haschel 
You will get Haschel's Dragoon stone after 
defeating Emperor Doyle at the end of Disc 1.

Meru 
You will get Meru's Dragoon stone after defeating
the Blue Sea Dragon and Lenus.

Kongol 
After you get Kongol go back to the City of Loan
and walk to where the man who sold you the bottle
is located. You will automatically walk up to him.
After talking he will sell Kongol's Dragoon stone
for 1,000G.

Additions:

Always master you additions. Although it is time
consuming, the final and most powerful additions
can only be acquired if all of that character's 
additions are maxed. Higher level additions do
more damage than low level ones; keep this in 
mind.

Some people say its best to stick to mirinda and
rose but I found it best to go through the game 
with dart, rose, lavits/albert, beacuse dart when
he is at dragoon lv5 his red eye dragon move is 
top notch and roses astral drain can take up to 
350 hp of the enemy and it splits the health into
the three players that your using and lavits, 
beacuse after a while you get the hang of lavitses
moves and you start to get really good at his moves.
TAKE IT FROM ME IVE FINISHED IT 3 TIMES ALREADY AND
FOUND IT EASY WITH THESE 3 PEOPLE

I'v beten this game so many times that I have lost 
count. I find that dart, rose, and kongol are the 
3 peole that you should use when playing this game
for one reson: dart werll u have to use him, rose 
because her damage kicks and finaly kongol if u 
actuuly use him. He is relly unige when he is 
dragoon. His addition for that is only 4 time around
make life much ezer, he does almost twice the damage
and he is just big and strong, and for those of u 
that cant find his ds it is back at lohan whith that
merchant that sells you the FREE water bottel, well 
hope that this helpd. Peac out!

Beating Sandra special soldier and Kongol:

Before you go to 'Hocus', buy lots of magic
 items from the item store and make sure that
all your characters are at least at level 6.

Free water bottle:

When you reach the town of Lohan, you must save
Shana. To do this you will need to get a bottle 
to hold water. After speaking with Dabas, go 
down the stairs to reach the ground level of the
town. When you do this, a merchant will get your
attention. He has a bottle, but wants to sell it
for an amazingly high price. Keep telling him to
take down the price he will eventually offer it 
for 100g. Select the second choice of "..." and 
the merchant will give you the bottle for free.

Buy an Ultimate Wargod:
 
You can buy an Ultimate Wargod in Lohan (makes your
additions perform perfectly without any penalty). It
may cost 10,000, which may be very hard to get at 
this point in the game. However, it makes battles 
much easier and your Dragoons will still level up.

Ultimate level & all weapons:

When the screen is switching as you are going
into a fight press Square, X, Triangle, Circle,
R1, L1, R1+L1, R1+R2, L1+L2. In the next fight
you'll have maximum level and all weapons.

All the money you want: 

At the start of the game when your Hellena Prisin,
go to the pesent and before you buy anything, go 
to sell and then go to armor and you will see 
Dart's Broad Swoard. Keep selling the Broad Sword
until you get all the money you want. Dart will 
never lose his swoard because he cant fight with 
out his swoard. It will say nothing is in your 
armor but keep presing the "x" button really fast
and ignore what it says.
